Last year, I took a leap of faith and decided to start sharing what I learned over the years and applied to my own personal life.
After more than a decade of regular yoga and meditation practice becoming a yoga instructor was the natural progression for me even though I had a massive impostor syndrome.
This ancient practice is obviously way more than just the physical body postures also known as asanas. It is a blueprint to create union between the mind, the body and the spirit. I've personally seen the transformative impact it's had on my own life.
Over the years Yoga became my anchor, guiding me back into my body and helping me reconnect with my physical boundaries, particularly during a period when I felt adrift in my personal life, struggling to maintain control and clarity.
It has provided me with a foundation to gain holistic understanding of life, exploring what I am really made of, and discovering methods to achieve balance, for a more conscious way of living.
But then I found myself uncertain about what unique insights or teachings I could offer that haven't already been extensively covered and taught. Until I realised that it's not solely about the knowledge itself, but rather about how I would convey this knowledge through the lens of my own personal energy, perspective, and life journey.
There is a place for everyone's story and just like Oscar Wilde said " Be yourself everyone else is taken." Each one of us is unique and carries a unique vibrational signature. By fully expressing my uniqueness, I am already stepping into my life purpose
Moving forward and following the synchronicities, Pellowah healing came into my life. Once again I didn't know how I would share this to people. It is a such a powerful, uplifting and pure energy that creates beautiful feeling of lightness. It brings about a shift in consciousness, a new perspective on things that is quite natural and therefore a bit hard to explain for the logical brain.
I resisted sharing my practices and lifestyle with the world for fear of judgment and doubting my legitimacy until circumstances left me no choice but to surrender. Other job options became increasingly draining and unfulfilling. Now, I share my journey with those who are interested.
There are so many simple yet powerful and transformative practices, habits and routines that can be implemented on a regular or daily basis that are enhancing my energy, my positivity and my quality of life in general. And it has very little to do with money by the way.
I am all about the simple but consistent changes in life, the consistent little upgrades that make a huge difference overtime. That' s why I called this expression of who I am Life by Mathilde. Simple living through my lenses.
